How long does production take?
Because our products are made to order, production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the item. Wall art and printed items usually take 2-5 business days, while textiles like pillows, blankets, and bedding may take 3-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
How long does shipping take after production?
Once your item is produced, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. So total delivery time from order to doorstep is usually 5-14 business days.
Do you offer expedited production?
Production times are determined by our printing partners and can't be rushed, but expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery once your item is produced.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through our Order Tracking page. Please note that tracking may not update until your item has completed production and shipped.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
If it's been less than 7 business days since you ordered, your items are likely still in production. Made-to-order items are created specifically for you, which takes a bit more time than off-the-shelf shipping. If it's been more than 7 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we accept returns only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
There's a printing error on my item — can I get a replacement?
Absolutely. If your item has a visible printing defect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I return an item if I changed my mind?
Since each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind reasons. We appreciate your understanding — this is what allows us to offer such a wide range of designs and styles.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process. If you receive an item that's significantly different from what was shown, please contact us.
